Christmas Caroling at Landsdowne Pub – Dec. 23rd
This event takes place at the Landsdowne Pub, where you’ll be sure to enjoy the intimate atmosphere, and the holiday festivities. Live Christmas music will be featured at the event, as well as ornament-decorating for those of you with an artistic temperament. In addition to stronger beverages, there will be complimentary apple cider served to all attendees, and the fun won’t start until just after you arrive!
New Year’s Eve Roof Party – Dec. 31st
Everyone enjoys a good New Year’s Party, and this one will be held atop the Legal Harborside building, to ring out the old year and ring in the new. There will be a live DJ in attendance, playing all your favorite songs from this year and past years, to keep things lively and entertaining. At midnight, there will be a champagne toast for everyone, and all attendees will be issued suitable hats as well as noisemakers that will add to the fun. All participants must be at least 21 years of age, and must be prepared for an evening of fun and enjoyment.
Winter Wonderland’s Last Call at Loretta’s – Jan. 15th
This will be a three-hour event held at Loretta’s Winter Wonderland, and will feature live music to help everyone get into the mood of winter enjoyment and participation. Some specialty winter cocktails will be featured, so be prepared to try something new and to acquire a new favorite drink, even if it’s only for this winter. A specialty hot chocolate bar is also planned for the event, so there will be some highly creative chocolate productions made throughout the evening. At 7:00 p.m. there will also be a Minute to Win It Snowman Competition, which all are invited to compete in, to try and win a special prize.
Cabin Fever Winter Festival – Feb. 1st
The Cabin Fever Winter Festival is a first-time event, so make sure you’re at this inaugural staging of what is sure to become an annual event in the greater Boston area. This will be an event geared primarily toward families, and will involve an appreciation of nature’s beauty during the winter time of year. Family sledding will be one of the events, as will a chili cook-off contest, and outdoor fire pits where s’mores can be made and enjoyed. There will also be a family treasure hunt with the treasures hidden along a stretch of the Bolton trails, all of which boils down to some great family fun in the middle of winter!
Amore Valentine’s Dinner Concert – Feb. 11th
Boston’s North End will be the scene for this mid-winter event, held at the Tresca Restaurant, where participants can enjoy a sumptuous three-course dinner with a unique musical program featuring the Facets of Love. Some operatic favorites will be performed, as well as some brand new music, but all of it will be fantastic, and in perfect accompaniment to the first-class dinner experience. For those who appreciate art and gourmet meals, this is your event, and it’s one that should not be missed this winter.
